Dr. Tiffany Ray-Patterson, a native of Hampton, Virginia, currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs at Montgomery College in Maryland. Previously, she served as Vice President of Student Services and Equity Advancement at Germanna Community College and the Interim Dean of Enrollment Management at Virginia Peninsula Community College (formerly Thomas Nelson Community College). Prior to Virginia Peninsula Community College, she held various positions at Old Dominion University, The College of William and Mary, and Virginia Tech. Dr. Ray-Patterson is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she majored in Business Administration. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Higher Education, also from Old Dominion University. Dr. Ray-Patterson serves as a board member for Didlake, Inc. and HERDI Innovate. She was selected by Old Dominion University’s Alumni Association as part of their inaugural “40 under 40” class. She is an Aspen Institute College Excellence Program Rising Presidents Fellow.
