Bob Parzy has been at Harper College for the past almost 19 years, serving in a variety of roles at the institution. He is currently the Associate Provost of Enrollment Services where he oversees several areas including Registration and Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, Testing, the One Stop, International Student Services, and the University Center. During his tenure with Harper College, Bob has been part of many exciting initiatives including the development of the Harper College Strategic Enrollment Plan, the development and launch of the University Center, the Hispanic Enrollment Task force, the Diversity Student Engagement Team, the Harper Leadership Institute and the Veterans Task force. He has also served on a number of shared governance committee and strategic planning teams including:

• Chair of the SEMC (Strategic Enrollment Management Council)
• Co-Chair of the Marketing Shared Governance Committee
• Member of the Job Placement Resource Center Task Force
• Member of the College Assembly Committee
• Member of the ERP Team
• Member of the Provost Leadership Team
• Member of the Presidents Learning Council
• Member of the Higher Learning Commission Self-Study Committee
• Member of the Strategic Planning Team
• Ex-Officio of the Testing and Assessment shared governance committee
• Member of the Institutional Resources Policy Council
• Member of the two strategic goal planning teams: Awareness/Outreach and Partnerships
• Member of the Master Plan Steering Committee

Bob has BA in Advertising from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University.

He lives in Bartlett with his wife Michelle and their three dogs, Mookie, Eddie and Reese.
