Executive-level leader with more than twenty-six years of experience in higher education and state government information technology environments.  He joined  Aims Community College in August 2024 as the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Planning and Effectiveness (AVP IE&P) and CIO.  He spent fourteen years at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming, serving as the CTO and CIO. Project manager for ERP implementations and many other enterprise-level software solutions and technology refreshes.
