Rufus Glasper, Ph.D., is President and CEO of the League for Innovation in the Community College, an international nonprofit organization with a mission to cultivate innovation in the community college environment in a continuing effort to advance the community college field and make a positive difference for students and communities. Dr. Glasper, Chancellor Emeritus of the Maricopa Community Collegesserved as Chancellor from 2003 through February 2016, and previously held district leadership positions for two decades.
