Rhonda is nationally certified in the Facilitation of Interest-Based Bargaining and has led workshops in the IBB process for scores of teams across the nation. Her 36 years of leadership experience with the Tennessee Education Association, an NEA affiliate, grounded Rhonda in advocacy skills from lobbying, to mediating, to managing, training, networking and presenting. Rhonda is also a Rule 31 Mediator. As the Associate Director of HERDI South, Rhonda manages logistics for the Annual Conference and ongoing relationships with South partner companies. Her passion for faculty and student achievement, and for team building enables her to facilitate dialogue between companies serving the higher education market and community college leaders. Rhonda loves being part of the HERDI family and can be seen assisting at the Registration Desk for all HERDI conferences. Hobbies include singing, cooking and travel. She loved her role as president’s wife and is very proud of her family, especially her Lagotto Romagnolo daughter, Coco!
