Dr. Michele J. Carter previously served as Deputy Chancellor for Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Central Texas College. Dr. Carter has held numerous leadership positions during her 33 years with CTC. She holds an Associate of General Studies from Central Texas College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Texas, a Master of Business Administration from Tarleton State University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University.
