Dr. Hill is Central Piedmont’s Vice President of Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer. She has served in this role for two years and has more than 27 years of experience in teaching and learning and as an academic leader in the North Carolina Community College System. Dr. Hill earned her doctorate in education, with a concentration in teaching and learning, graduating with distinction, at Liberty University. She holds a Master of Arts in mathematics education from UNC Charlotte and a BS in mathematics, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Pfeiffer University. Dr. Hill is an accomplished community college administrator and educator, and a lifelong learner committed to the mission of the North Carolina Community College System to meet students where they are and take them as far as they can go.
