Dr. Bernard A. Polnariev serves as the Vice President for Administrative Services at UCNJ in New Jersey where he previously held multiple roles within Academic Affairs since 2017. In his current role, he oversees several departments institutional research, institutional technology, communications and marketing, continuing education and workforce development, and the Scotch Plains & Virtual Campus. Dr. Polnariev completed the League for Innovation in the Community College’s Executive Leadership Institute in 2018. He holds a doctorate in Developmental Psychology from the CUNY Graduate School and a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
