Armenta E. Hinton, Ph.D. joined HACC in February 2020 as the vice president of inclusion, diversity and belonging. In this role Dr. Hinton brings a high level of executive leadership to guide our commitment to promoting a culture of collegiality, inclusiveness, respect, and competence. She oversees Student Access Services and serves as the College’s Title IX coordinator.
