Dr. Frances Villagran-Glover was appointed President for HCCS Southeast College in October 2021. Prior coming to HCCS, Frances served as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success at Northern Virginia Community College. In recent years, she has participated in national and state efforts focused on tackling basic student needs and barriers to student success. Throughout her higher ed career, she has worked on national projects designed to engage students in their communities and has facilitated faculty development and instructional technology programs. Dr. Villagran-Glover received her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Texas A&M University, Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Doctorate of Education in Community College Leadership from George Mason University.
