Justin Lonon joined Dallas College in 2005 and is currently Executive Vice Chancellor. His previous experience includes serving as Press Secretary for former Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk; and, Vice President and Director for Public Affairs for one of the leading independent public relations and strategic communications firms in Dallas. Dr. Lonon earned his undergraduate degree In Public Administration from Missouri State University; a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas; and, his Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland-University College.
