Tina Parscal, Ph.D. is the Associate Vice Chancellor for CCCOnline and Academic Affairs for the Colorado Community College System (CCCS). She provides executive leadership for Colorado Community Colleges Online (CCCOnline), the online consortium of the 13 CCCS community colleges. Additionally, she oversees system-wide academic technologies and online services and coordinates collaboration and communication among the colleges, CCCS, and CCCOnline. Dr. Parscal possesses broad higher education experience previously serving in such roles as an provost/chief academic officer, dean, professor, and director. Tina received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Regis University; Master of Social Sciences from the University of Colorado, Denver; and Ph.D. In Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University.
