Dr. Demond T. Hargrove, a Hartford, Connecticut native, currently serves as Vice President for Student Development at UCNJ in New Jersey. Dr. Hargrove holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration & Leadership from Seton Hall University, a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from NJCU, and earned his B.S. in Political Science at Jersey City State College.
